In this assignment you will be required to present on a topic of a particular food dish of your choice. The presentations will be 10 minutes long and should be done in groups of 3 with all group members participating in the presentation. Students are also required to prepare a sample of the dish for fellow classmates to enjoy.

The two themes of our textbook are food and sustainability which tie into this presentation. For the presentation you must present information on the cultural significance of the dish as well as a sustainability issue surrounding the dish or one of the ingredients. Continue reading
