• Identify and describe the rules associated with the international arbitration relevant to the international business disputes that may arise, e.g., ICSID rules, the ICC Arbitration rules, UNCITRAL, etc.
• Discuss challenges and strategies to overcome those challenges regarding intercultural communication in arbitration.
• Explain how you could implement future trends into your current international business dispute resolution in order to achieve a successful agreement/settlement.
