Paper instructions:
Submit BOTH a paper and a “PowerPoint” poster presentation over Amlodipine and hydrochlorothiazide. The presentation will be developed as a single page PowerPoint or PDF presentation. The information for the paper and the presentation for both drugs should include a review of the drug’s pharmacokinetics, indications for usage, expected side and adverse effects, age and condition limitations and any required monitoring. The paper will be 8 – 10 pages in length, excluding references and title sheet, will be written in APA format. The paper will reflect current peer reviewed research on the drug, its pharmacokinetics and dynamics, its uses, its indications (written and unwritten), its dosages, its side effects, its toxic effects, any patient teaching, etc. Tables are encouraged. The paper is much more detailed and allows me to know you know EVERYTHING there is to know including off-label uses of the two drugs. The poster is a synopsis.
